so a little has changed for Animazement, and I have some plans for AWA now The guy who was going to be doing bleach with me decided to go with someone else....namely because we're not together anymore. So no more orihime for Animazement. However, this means that I'll have time to work on other stuff I almost have one of the infinity dresses finished.....(Not the boots or anything else....just the dress) I'm working on doing the tatters at the hem....I found a super cool way to do them so that they won't ravel Yeah, I'm a dork, I think stuff like this is really cool I'm going to see if I can make the clow country the same way...two at a time, one for the comission and one for me, so hopefully I'll have twonew tsubasa costumes for AZ...and I'll have a twin there Now if only I had a Syaoran for AZ hmmmm....... *sigh*

Still planning on going to MTAC at the end of the month with Kayla...I'm really looking forward to it. I'll be bringing the infinity arc dress to go with her young fai costume, and I'll be bringing my Episode 26 Host club dress to match her Tamaki, and I'll be borrowing one of her costumes to cosplay with her from air gear. she's supposed to be doing Subaru form .Hack sign, but unfortunately, I don't think I'll have the time or money to come up with a corresponding costume. So instead, I'll probably bring chii or freya with me...or.......I may have most of the stuff for a mostly closet cosplay of Saya from blood plus...usually I'm not much for closet cosplay, but I feel like it's much easier to buy the short sleeve collared shirt that it is to make it....and it'll look nicer. I already have the pleated skirt made from the Harry Potter release a while back and all I'll need is the shirt and the bow and the shoes. so, some of the costumes still aren't set in stone yet, but there will surely be no shortage of them

Anyways, Imbeorodwen and I decided that AWA is going to be Neon Genesis Evangelion weekend....we're going to take a stab at the plugsuits..... oh dear god help us And we're making the EGL costumes for Animazement...which makes two sets of NGE costumes aaaand....we found these really adorable maid outfits that we're going to make for AWA. So that's three sets of Evangelion costumes and we're going to bring them all to AWA and make a themed weekend out of it

In general, I think I'll be making Rei's costumes and Adrienne (imbeorodwen) will be making Asuka's costumes. we already have the wig for Asuka, and I'm going to order the wig Wisp in white from cosworx and custom dye it with sharpies.......time consuming, but it works well, I put highlights and lowlights in my Sakura wig I ordered from the store Cosplay wig on e-bay and it turned out really well. Adrienne already has most of the EGL one finished. So I'll be a busy girl for the next couple of months.

Also, I won't be making it up to Anime mid-atlantic this year...I was supposed to go with the boyfriend, but like I said, I don't think that's going to be happening. That's okay, though, I'm probably going to be working full time this summer anyways.
