soooooooooo.......here they are!!!!! Finally, we have some epic, epic photos of our steam Punk Sailor Moon Costumes. I don't have any group shots just yet, our lovely photographer Dawen Huang is working on them as we speak, but I have individuals The costumes were a collaborative effort. I fronted the money for all of the costumes and I did all of the fabric construction for the skirts, the large back bows and the small front bows. Chiki tacked down the collars of the shirts, cut the pieces for two of the bows, and sewed the hearts onto the front bows. Sydney did all of the accessories, including the headpieces, the belts and our collars. We all provided our own shoes and Sydney did our fabulous Make-up for the shoot. I was so excited about these costumes! I haven't seen anyone do Steam Punk Sailor Moon yet, so it was really exciting to be the first ones. We're hoping to have a Moon for Animazement and we hope to debut all of the outer scouts at AWA this year.

My friend Hannah made the Sailor Moon for our group, and originally it was very similar to this design, but she added a long underskirt and a cute lace bolero among other things and it looks phenomenal! she also made her husband a steam punk Tuxedo mask to go with it. when they wore them to Katsucon this year I made a Mini Steam Moon to go with them, but I'm still waiting to get pictures back from the photoshoot
